Kristina Campbell
I have lived in Santa Cruz County for 26 years and been appraising in Santa Cruz County and the surrounding areas for over 18 years. I specialize in the unique pocket neighborhoods that make up this beautiful area. I graduated from UCSC in 2002 and live in Aptos with my husband and two young sons. I love to take advantage of all this area has to offer when I am not working. This includes hiking in Nisene Marks, walking the beaches and riding my bike across town.
History
I began my appraisal education in 2004 and obtained my License in 2007, going on to upgrade my licensure to Certified Residential in 2009. I specialize in the unique nuances of the real estate market in Santa Cruz and surrounding counties. That ranges from high end ocean front homes, Historical Victorians, remote mountain properties on acreage, new construction, condos, townhouses and typical single family homes. Understanding value has become a passion of mine and building strong relationships with real estate professionals in this area has been of great benefit to my professional skill.
Mission
I am dedicated to bringing my expertise and discernment to every assignment. I give the same care for a one bedroom income producing rental as I do for a multi-million dollar dream home. Value matters for every property owner and every appraisal purpose, whether that be for estate purposes, tax appeal, divorce, asset division, pre-listing or lending.
